Replacement equipment selected for your home, with piping, controls and venting planned as part of the installation scope.
Old equipment and tank removal
Removal of the old oil heating equipment and oil tank when included in your written estimate.
Startup and testing
The new system is started up and tested, and a water-heater conversion or replacement can be included in the same project.
How a Conversion Works

Text photos of your current boiler or furnace, the oil tank and the installation area, along with your address and a short description.
2. Get a written estimate
The estimate identifies the equipment, piping, removals and testing, so you can compare the complete installed scope with other proposals.
3. Coordinate with the gas utility
We coordinate the project around your gas utility's service and meter schedule.
4. Install, start up and test
We complete the piping and equipment installation, then run equipment startup and testing.

Yes, when removal is included in your written estimate. The estimate states exactly what is being removed.
Does a conversion include gas piping?
Yes. We handle the project from the natural-gas piping to the new gas boiler or furnace. Gas piping is installed and tested by a UGI Certified HVAC Contractor.
How does the project work with my gas utility?
We coordinate the project around your gas utility's service and meter schedule, then complete equipment startup and testing.
Can my water heater be converted at the same time?
Yes. Water-heater conversion or replacement can also be included in the project.
