Diagnosis, excavation, piping and restoration planning.

Keeping excavation and plumbing responsibility together reduces handoffs and gives the homeowner one clear point of contact from diagnosis through testing and backfill.

Diagnose and locate

Pipeline camera inspection and electronic locating help define the problem and route before excavation begins.

Owner-operated equipment

Jerry directly operates compact excavation equipment suited to residential access and underground utility work.

Professional piping

New sewer and water-service materials are installed, connected and tested according to the agreed project scope.

Backfill planning

Trench conditions, stone, compaction and restoration responsibilities are explained as part of the project.

Projects We Accept

Substantial underground work—not cosmetic digging.

Our excavation capability supports the plumbing and utility projects we perform. Scope depends on access, depth, soil and rock conditions, permits, utility marking and scheduling.

  • Residential water-service repair and replacement
  • Sewer and water trenching
  • Cleanouts and underground connections
  • Pipeline camera inspection and locating
  • Selected septic repair and installation work

Before Excavation Begins

Every site has different conditions.

Do you locate the problem first?

Camera inspection and electronic locating may be used when appropriate to identify the route and likely failure area before excavation.

Do you handle solid rock?

Rock and difficult soil conditions can materially affect equipment, schedule and cost. Conditions are evaluated and discussed as part of the project.

Are permits or utility markings required?

Requirements depend on the municipality, utility and project. Public utility marking and required approvals must be completed before excavation.

Is final landscaping included?

Backfill and restoration responsibilities vary. The proposal identifies the agreed trench, surface and cleanup scope.
